Location.. Lizard Island is located 240 kilometres north of Cairns and 27 kilometres off the coast of north Queensland. The island is a National Park covering 1,013 hectares with 24 sandy beaches and a lagoon.

Introduction.. Lizard island is one of one. A unique and special place. A beautiful island of soft powdery white beaches nestled right on Australias famed Great Barrier Reef. With only 80 guests at any one time there is freedom to enjoy the good things in life, without compromise, without restriction.

Getting There.. Regular flights are available from all major Australian capital cities via Cairns. A variety of charter flights are also available from Cairns. The flight between Cairns & Lizard Island takes about 60 mins. People on regular connecting flights may be restricted to one suitcase (16kg) and one carry-on (4kg) per person

Beach Club - A state of the art dive facility that offers the latest gear for hire or sale. A full range of quality dive masks, snorkels and fins are provided complimentary.
MV Monitor
MV Monitor is a multi purpose 10.5m (34ft) dive/coral viewing boat that takes divers and snorkellers to the local reefs part of the Lizard Island Group. (Complimentary).
MV Serranidae
MV Serranidae is a stylish 16m (55ft) purpose built dive vessel that operates half & full day adventures to the Great Barrier Reef for both divers & snorkellers. (Charges apply).
Introduction to Scuba - A one day resort dive course  Charges apply Referral (PADI) Dive Course - Must be booked prior to arrival.
Open Water Dive Certificate courses are NOT available.
